We focus on understanding our clients’ needs and objectives and ensure your metrics of success are our metrics of success.

Traditional and boutique consulting firms base their business models on one principle idea: the arbitrage between hiring people (top talent if possible) and charging clients a fee per hour or day for gaining access to this talent, its expertise, and/or workforce. These firms have goals to grow and expand their businesses. Frequently, but not surprisingly, misalignment occurs between the consulting firm and the client. The consulting firms need to meet sales targets to achieve their growth targets. Unfortunately, there can be pressure to sell a client project even though firms are on the margins of their abilities. The metrics of success between the consulting firm and the client are very different, and the result is misalignment.

We are a small team of subject matter experts that have committed to a different business model to help our clients. Our business model is based on being independent, focused, and nimble. We do not have aspirations of growing PNR into a multimillion-dollar organization. We are not beholden to a sales target. Being small allows us to work in conjunction with clients on a deeper level to help them define their strategies and strengthen their operations through standardized and repeatable processes and methodologies.
